I am happy to say you have been accepted to become a builder on the server, as the modern house isnt fully quite up to standards (waterfall, vanilla trees, etc..) but you have improved a lot from your last app and I am confident you will be able to get better with your next build in the actual world. If you need any  help with improving I can try to help as much as I can (even though I am not a modern builder) but there are many other modern builders that would be willing to help

A few years ago I was a builder on WOK, due to inactivity (I suppose) I lost my rank as builder. But since my interest in Minecraft has been sparked again. I would like to join the server again!
My old IGN was Mr_Bull3t, but I changed it to LeBoolet. (I still found my OLD APPLICATION, in case you wanted to see it: https://imgur.com/a/QkLTI )

Currently I'm in my third year of studying architecture, I haven't build anything in Minecraft for the last few years. But in my time-off I made these builds. Hope you like them

Hello Leboolet, I am happy you are trying to become active on the server again! The builds that you have now are not quite up to our standards now, I would say make everything more simplistic and not so busy on the exterior walls, if you want some guidance on what direction to take to reach our standards you can do /warp guest and then /plot auto and start building and me and many others will be willing to help you out. Hi, I have been wanting to apply for builder for a while, but finally I've decided to do so. I like building small suburban houses,(mostly 1 story houses) and bigger traditional city builds. I'm not the best at interior design, but I'm still learning and improving.

I've build 2 houses, a bigger city building and 2 different types of trucks/lorries. 
The first house (white) is a small modern/suburban house.
the second house (blue) is a small traditional/suburban house (it has an interior).
the bigger city building, is building in London irl.

the yellow interior is from an apartment I build a little while back.

- Hi Edeyz, these are some pretty good builds, but sadly they are not up to standards for the server.... the landscaping and mountains are really good, but if you could improve your houses and apply again that would be great. Following recent events on the server, The Admin team (sylp, Tommys, Matt, Teh_) have decided to update rules. Here is the following changes:

1. Nicknames are now only allowed for a) patreon, b) staff, c) offensive usernames. The nickname must not be offensive, cannot be a different color, and cannot be to far off your ign.
2. TRUSTEDS: Trusteds will be losing the command to /tempban and to kick staff.
3. Kick spamming (TRUSTEDS AND STAFF) will result in a demotion to your previous rank for a specified amount of time.
4. A plugin is going to be introduced to ban words being spoken on the server. These will not by every curse word, only a few that already result in mutes. This way it will never reach global chat.

I would also like to take the time to let players know problems on the discord server can also result in server punishment. Discord rules found under #welcome. These rules apply to all servers, discord and minecraft.

THESE NEW RULES GO INTO EFFECT 2:00pm EST  - ignorance is not an excuse. If you feel staff is being abusive to their powers feel free to message admin on the server or on discord.
