Compared to your previous application, I notice a massive improvement in terms of build quality! nice job!
Your interior is great, and is of a level acceptable for the builder rank, however, I still feel there is room for improvement on the exterior. The plots aren't landscaped, and this draws the eyes to the exterior. One will notice that the shapes, and general design of the builds are good, however I feel that some parts of your exteriors are lagging behind in terms of the newer styles. These would have been brilliant builds a few years ago, but our standards have caught up a little and as such I feel there is room for a little improvement. I wouldn't say delete them and start again, I would say to just build upon what you have.
In summary, I reccommend adding some landscaping to the plots to give your builds some charachter, and also checking out the modern section of /warps for inspiration on how to jazz up the exterior.
