[Needs Improvement] Builder Application

The ships are really good man but we're hoping to get a little bit better builds in general. The interior on the modern one is looking good but the exterior is a touch outdated. If you need any ideas, it'd be a good idea to join the server and look for ideas, but really good so far. Try build another modern style house and reapply.
