New to WoK!

Hi guyz   Not new to Minecraft builds but new to WoK! Just been on the server and applied for Guest plot. Warped and it's HUGE!!! Now forgive me for sounding stupid but is that huge plot mine to build on? 

I've been building modern houses for 6 years or more, and was inspired from the first video of Keralis's modern house series. 

I can't find where else on here to ask?
