Your modern builds are definitely on the way to becoming builder standard, they just need a few improvements. I'd suggest looking at real architecture for ideas and check out the interior design for some houses on the server to help improve interior ideas. If you can provide one more build that is a bit more up to date (A modern one) then I think we may be on to something.
