Thank you for applying. Unfortunately, I feel there’s a little bit more room for improvement in terms of your use of space and details.

The first build is a little bit over detailed and lacks the minimalistic traits we look for in modern builds.
The second build has a nice fascia but the back is a little bit messy and the interior layout is confusing / tight. The bedroom is very small and lacks a sense of scale.

You’re doing a good job so far, just keep working on capturing that minimalistic clean look that you’re going for! Try to make your builds consistent, so all corners of the build and the interior all reflect the same design idea.

Keep going, and reapply with updates pictures! I’m excited to see what you can do!
