Can I be unbanned?

I literally didn't know how to become a citizen so I asked a mod who was online he told me I had to relog now I can't get on.

Sorry you were unable to join the server.  There are no bans or marks on your player record.  Do you get a message that says banned when you try and log in?

Perhaps you tried to join while the server was restarting... You can check Discord's Towny channel to see the server stats:  https://discord.gg/G3u5xy
