You have been permanently banned for bypassing protections in game. This is your third and forth offenses this reset, and is considered a habitual behavior on your part. You having been banned multiple times for bypassing over the years during numerous past resets.
While in the staff world you also interfered with staff setups and stole items that are meant for server events. You clicked on command blocks in an attempt to gain perms not given to non staff members. Logs also show you attempted to use any and all commands (and aliases of commands) to commit additional harm; this demonstrates ill intent and not just a sightseeing tour.
Your actions have wasted staff's time and energy AGAIN and you know better.
ASIDE: on your second offense, which carried a 30d temp ban, you promised not to engage in this activity ever again. Plus due to other circumstances you received a reduced punishment. But you have broken your word and I am disappointed in you.
You have the right to make a ban appeal in the correct forum and in the correct format.
