All the Mods 6 Modpack Installation Guide

1. Download and install the GDLauncher from here (You can also use the curse launcher but this one works better)
   
2. Login with your minecraft account
   
3. On the bottom right, click on the + icon, select the CurseForge tab and download All the Mods 6 - ATM6
   
4. The server is currently using 1.7.6 version.
   

If you download any other version and you need to upgrade or downgrade follow the next steps:

1. Right click your modpack installation from the GDLauncher main window.
   
2. Click on "Manage"
   
3. On the right menu, go to "Modpack"
   
4. Once it has finished loading, click on the "Select version" list and select 1.7.6 or the version the server is currently on (It should be displayed on the MOTD or you can ask on discord)
   
5. Click on "Switch version" and wait for it to download
   

PERFORMANCE SETTINGS

To improve performance you can allocate more RAM.
To do so, go to Settings on the top right of the GDLauncher screen.
On the right menu, go to "Java" and select the amount of RAM you want to allocate under "Java Memory".
It is recommended to leave at least 4GB free for other things. So if your PC has 16GB you should allocate 12GB or less
Under "Java Custom Arguments" you can add the following text for even better performance:
-XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M
