How to make a ban report
Required information:
- Player Name
- Ban Length (Only bans for 3 days or more need a ban report)
- Minecraft or Discord
- Ban Offense
- Proof
Format:
Title: [Type of Ban] player
Dear player,
You have been banned for [ban length] from [server] for [ban offense].
You have the right to make a ban appeal in the correct forum and in the correct format.
Thank you.
