Hey Doggy91,
actually we are looking for houses on your app and in usual we can't accept it without 'builds'. As your boats are looking incredible though, I'll make an exception and accept your app. Please keep in mind that if you are going to build houses, we will watch the quality closely and if not as expected, may demote to guest again.
