Can we please make the restart interval at least 2 hours instead of every hour? I don't think the lag is bad so every hour seems a little excessive.

Unfortunately with the 1.14 performance issues, I am reluctant to increase it further.
As of writing, it is 2 hours.
With 1.15 round the corner, I may review this.
One of the issues, amongst the many, is 1.14 chunk issues. I believe long periods between restarts will cause even more problems.
