In my personal opinion I’d go on the server go to /warp EchoBay and look at the builds, this is below standards and what we would build in 2013.

be sure to include screenshots showing the exterior and also your skin please.
The interior could use some work. The floor of the fireplace room is too cluttered for example, also the signs/trapdoor wall. The furnishing desings look a bit outdated too. Overall Id say go with a more clean look overall for the inside of the building.
/warp EchoBay (like Jod said) is a good place for modern inspiration.
