The first build is looking good so far, the other two sadly are not up to current standards as they look rather outdated. If you can do another build with the same sort of standard as the first then you'd be fine. Also I'd suggest improving some areas of the interior too, the living area looks fine, but the desks/ sofa on the second to last screenshot definitely needs a bit of updating.
