Hey
The concept of the modern house is good but it could be executed better. You should take a look on the server to get inspiration and play around with some more advanced shapes. Also Interior needs quite a bit of improvement imo. There are too many paintings, the kitchen looks really basic and the couches could be more away from the fireplace.
I read from your post that you know we would like to have 2 buildings to look at so please consider this in your next application.
