hi! I submitted an app a few years back and was denied, hopefully I'm up to the standards now. my strength is modern, and I have been trying to keep up with the latest trends in the style while adding in some of my own flair and style.

both of these projects are near finished. the first one was made in around an hour on a flat world, so outdoor design like the patio and pool are not finished... however most of the interior is done. the second house is like the first in that the outdoor design is not yet complete, but whole inside is done.

As seen in the photos I spammed in the chat 5-6 times using excessive caps. I, along with Durty and Dub, was muted for 2 hours immediately. Then, after I had logged off it was decided that I would be demoted without warning for a week. This seems like a very extreme punishment considering it was only a handful of chats/spam that I was responsible for late at night with not a lot of players online. This feels like a very disproportionate response given the amount of spam I was actually responsible for
