I like the idea of your Starbucks! That build is relatively well designed, but it seems slightly outdated with past trends that aren’t quite what we still use. The house furthered this, and seemed very outdated and over-detailed.
My suggestion would be to try to build a little bit more realistic styles, and don’t overdo your detail. Fly around Calton, Arvida, Shorewood, 193rdave or another trad warp to get some ideas of what we are working on and the current design trends!
