1 modern house and one small yacht,
Thanks for applying again! I am happy to say you have been accepted to become a builder on the server, as the modern house isnt fully quite up to standards (waterfall, vanilla trees, etc..) but you have improved a lot from your last app and I am confident you will be able to get better with your next build in the actual world. If you need any help with improving I can try to help as much as I can (even though I am not a modern builder) but there are many other modern builders that would be willing to help
