I have built a new house from scratch, by hand, keeping in mind all of the builds on the warps you suggested and prior knowledge. I have also submitted one house that was in the last application that I believe is close to or at standards, also that was made by hand. I don't use WE on singleplayer, or any other additions, however I know how to use many of those tools.
