Hello there I visited the server many times over the past few years before it had its hiatus, and I think I've finally improved enough to begin contributing to the server, here is my simple small modern house build furnished.

The modern house isn't up to our current server standards, however the cabin is looking very good, so I'd continue with that and pursue that sort of style of builds. If you create another post with a build that is similar I'll take a look
