Hello All,

I'm proud of the way this build turned out. I haven't played Minecraft in some time and decided that the best way to get back into it was some nice modern home design.
I took a lot of inspiration from the linked house as well as the current modern builds on the server as furniture design was never really a strong point for me.

I know this house isn't perfect and could use some improvement, but that is why I would like to join a community like this. To help push and expand my creativity and building skills.

Thanks for applying! We would like it if you were to make multiple builds (2 or more) so that we can confirm whether all your builds are up to standard. So far I feel as though the exterior needs some improvement, whereas the interior is nearly up to standard! Take some time to create another build, take some inspiration like you have been and then reply to this message with images of another build and I'll let you know!

Here is a new build that I just made today. (all of my old builds were deleted when my HDD died)
The first two photos are updates to the "backyard" of the first build and the rest are of the new build.

My favorite part is the master bathroom that has a private garden. I also like how both builds could easily be adapted into almost any different surrounding.

The second build is much better, it'll need a bit of work but that will come over time when you're on the server. I'll promote you to builder, make sure to get as much inspiration as you can on the server and it'll help you improve massively!
