This is looking promising definitely, the interior especially is really nice and well laid out. However the exterior of the build is looking a little outdated for our standards. Furthermore we usually ask for two builds so we can get an accurate judgement on the quality people produce. I'd try getting a bit of an idea of the standard of exterior from our server, or use some real architecture for ideas, great start so far though.
