This is my second application with a new modern build, as was requested. Exterior is based on real-life project (I always try to take insiration from real builds) with few tweaks here and there, interior is my improvisation. Some of my notes are below the screenshots themselves.

The top part of the house looks really good. Also interior is looking up to stardard. Bottom level could use some work but you are accepted - welcome!
