i figure i should introduce myself. I am CVTY or better yet City. ive been building since 2014 i think but only really became more serious in the past year. heres several recent builds done in three days time but spread over a month. thank you for your consideration.

Ill only judge your two modern buildings since the rest isnt something we would have on the server.
The first build looks quite outdated and exterior a bit messy. Second one is a lot cleaner and better looking. I think you should continue with that in mind and also get some inspiration from irl buildings as well as buildings on the server to also get a better sense for what we would like to see.
Maybe build another 2 or 3 houses and then try again. Please include pictures showing your interior work too with your next application.
