Well, guess this is it. The towny server I was looking for. Looking forward in meeting everyone.
Oh and apparently this is the way to request to be a citizen.

Enjoy an extra /sethome (name of home) and the ability to create chest shops by punching a chest with the item you want to sell in your hand then typing in chat how much you want to sell that item for
